Change the way you lead and collaborate.
What I do
I partner with clients to improve leadership practices and norms, level up collaboration, and increase team effectiveness.
Through 1:1 coaching, advising and facilitated team sessions, I’ll help you and your team develop best practices to lead, engage and collaborate more effectively. Typical engagements include:
Individual coaching programs focused on leadership development and growth
Team coaching workshops and programs focused on specific ways of collaborating and/or project outcomes
Facilitated working sessions with executive leaders and
Custom engagements for implementing leadership/organizational change
I’ll be with you as you test and try what works (and what doesn’t). And if what you try doesn't work the first time (it rarely does), I'll work through it with you so you can roll out what does.
How I partner with you…
01 — Focus on the practices that are a fit for you.
Practices and styles that work for others might not work for you. Together, we’ll expand your toolkit of leadership and collaboration practices without compromising your authenticity.
02 — Work in the applied rather than the abstract.
Grounding in what's real and true in your specific work context helps you maintain objectivity and relevance, and helps you stay anchored in your zone of control. I’ll help you bridge what’s true today with what you’d like to be true in the future.
03 — Encourage progress over perfection.
At a certain point, just trying something is enough to generate sufficient feedback and to help you move to the next step. I inject a bias towards action so that you can make informed decisions based on evidence and experience.
What people say
Every session and discussion has a positive and forward looking energy. Even when I would prefer the quick comfort of venting, Kristin's approach picks up from there and moves forward. Her superpower is the ability to always balance working through the issue, without just suggesting a quick fix, yet coming away with next steps. She builds the leadership skills vs. just [giving] "consulting" advice.
— Coaching Client, Executive Vice President
What makes Kristin stand out as a consultant and coach is her [own] balanced sense of leadership. Throughout my career I've worked with leaders who excel at bringing out the best in people, building account strategies, or articulating the business case for change. Kristin's superpower is that she is skilled across all these areas.
